ESCOGE means CHOOSE

Was born out of  an inherent need to have a joint ministry for men and women.                      

These men and women need to choose (“escoger”) to follow wholeheartedly the path of Jesus Christ.

The focus of Escoge will be those that want to follow Jesus Christ but don’t know how to find HIM.  It is also for those that have already had an encounter with Jesus but have not committed themselves 100% to follow HIM, maybe out of fear or not being fully convinced that this will lead them to a life of peace and satisfaction. Finally, for those that already have committed themselves to follow HIM, it will serve to reaffirm their decision. 

ESCOGE is a gift from the Holy Spirit with the help of many people that want to offer guidance to men and women on how they can decide whether or not to walk in the footsteps of Jesus, even when life throws those curveballs that may make someone falter in their commitment and doubt the power and truth of Jesus’ life. 

ESCOGE comes from the word “to choose”  where each man and women will discover where he

God does not like when his children do not make solid decisions about the type of life they will follow, standing on whichever side is most convenient at a certain point in time.  ESCOGE will show a God that liberated his people, that offered them a way of life to follow, later coming in the person of Jesus to save each one of them and through Jesus’ words make clearer the path that will lead to Him, which he desires so much for his children.

Oftentimes, we do not know which path in life to follow, ESCOGE will provide the tools to help you determine where you are at right now in your Walk of Faith and in what direction you want to keep walking.  Those that are already in the right path will be able to reaffirm their commitment.

If everyone is called to live a holy life, why do so few of us hear this call and actually obey it?  Maybe because many do not have a full understanding of all the sacrifices that the saints have made to follow faithfully the path of Jesus each and every day.  Only God sees all the sacrifices and all the best intentions of each of us to follow this path.  The tools provided through Escoge will aid each of us to always walk towards Jesus and not just in times of need.

ESCOGE’s goal is for God’s children to follow the right path, never looking back because of their complete certainty that this is the only path to complete peace and happiness.  The goal of this ministry will be complete if just one person sincerely changed his life to walk in the path that Jesus left for us to follow.  All the members of Escoge wish to thank you for your faith in allowing us to help you in your walk of faith towards Jesus.
